Just for your information:
When trying to download the latest windows binaries of PHP
(version 4.1.0), the process stops at 656 KB (671.744 bytes)
(at both in the cgi-only version and full installer).
I tried the download on win2000 Pro.
An older version downloaded fine and will definitely do for now,
just thought I'd mention...
Keep up the good work!
grtz
