We try our best to provide as much and as accurate documentation as we
can, though as you can see there are a huge number of
undocumented functions already. The manual is not for the absolute beginners
though, so many sites started to post tutorials and other kind of help
for PHP users. We can only welcome those people, who contribute to the
PHP project indirectly by supporting our users. Feel free to go on with
this project. You may consider SourceForge for your site if it is
appropriate
in this case... See our links page for some already working tutorial sites
to investigate... You may also contact one or more of them for cooperation.
When your site is going to have many tutorials or heavy community traffic,
we would also be happy to list it on the links page.
