YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CHECK IN CHANGES TO TEST THEM.
just save a copy of the html from a bug report and modify a local copy
of that and the stylesheet.
do not check in stylesheet changes like this without making sure it
fixes the problem and does not create problems that didn't already
exist.
