It doesn't have to :)
The Apache server on that machine is handlet to display the php mirror
pages on requests on www.no2.php.net and no2.php.net. If another
hostname is requested, it displays the corresponding webpages, or the
default page (the one on freebase.brainpeddlers.com).
The mirror page -will- show up correctly as soon as the DNS pointers
point to that IP-address :)
