PHP application run on OS/390 Webshhere to connect DB2 V5 or V7

I went through "Connecting PHP Applications to IBM DB2 Universal Database" article by Dan Scott. Can and How PHP compile and run on OS/390 Websphere Server ? 2. Can and How to configure Websphere to use PHP, creating a dynamically loaded websphere module on OS/390 ? 3. Can and How PHP application connect to DB2 V5 or V7 on OS/390 ? I would like to use PHP script that will run on OS/390 Websphere, connecting to DB2 V5 or V7 to access DB2 tables. Is it supported ?
