you to first contact the mailing lists "php-general", and/or
"php-install" ( see http://php.net/mailing-lists ), and then
if nothing turns out, contact the developers on the 'php-dev'
mailing list. If it turns out, that this is not working,
finally you can submit 1. as a bug report, categorized as
a feature request at htttp://bugs.php.net/
