Translation of the Manual

Hi, body! My name is Thales Medeiros, from Brazil. I'm a PHP.net visitor since 2000, and up to now, there is no whole translation of the manual to the Portuguese. I always try to to indicate this site to the people here that look around a good manual to lear PHP. But always there's someone that say "But I can't learn there, because everything is in English". So I come here to put myself on help, offering to help to translate the PHP Manual. If you all permit, I'd be thank. I hope I'll receive an answer. Sincerely, Thales Medeiros. Juiz de Fora, Brazil P.S.: Sorry if my English wasn't perfect. I hope you have understood.
