Can I ask for some review and clarification of our 2 mirror rule?
Guys, we could use all the mirrors we get.
we turn way too many away.
I would like to propose some kind of review of our current policy - unless
there are a bunch of significant reasons not too. Jim?

Seems like you have not read our README.mirror file correctly.
We cannot accept any new mirrors in countries, where we already
have two active mirrors.
