A little hint that can save you a lot of headaches !!!
while installing php_ssh2.dll, try putting libeay32.dll in your system32 folder. it might make your
ugly "cannot find ...\ext\php_ssh2.dll" msg go away and get you going with your safe and
secure ssh2/php experience :)
ps : filemon from sysinternals.com will show you that apache is looking for that file and not
finding it thus failing to load the dll
