note 60525 deleted from install.windows.apache2 by nlopess

Note Submitter: ben dot rees at NOSPAM dot eds dot com ---- "Unable to load dynamic link library 'blah\ext\php_mysql.dll' - The specified procedure could not be found." when restarting Apache: [Apache 2, MySQL 4 and PHP 5 under Windows] My installation of Apache 2 had its own version of libmysql.dll in its bin directory (I don't know where this came from) which was being used in preference to the PHP-supplied copy. The Apache 2 version was compiled against an older version of the MySQL API and so was incompatible with the PHP MySQL library. I renamed the Apache 2 copy (to libmysql.dll_old) before restarting Apache to force it to use the updated library.
