Is there a way to lock a GIF/JPG file?
I'd like to allow users to do this: access a 500x500px GIF file,
add a dot 1x1px to a specific coordinate (they choose), see
the final result. If 100 users add 100 dots at the same time,
the image will be loaded, modified and saved at the same
time. With a bad result (like showing some dots, but not all).
