note 60716 added to install.unix.apache2

Dear Experts, Syntax error on line 232 of /usr/local/apache2/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so into server: /usr/local/apache2/modules/libphp5.so: undefined symbol: zend_qsort i got the above error when i try to do : /usr/local/apache2/bin/apachectl start When i remove the LoadModule for libphp5.so from the httpd.conf, the apache server starts up without a problem. Please advise the file is there but why can't the apache 2.0.55 load it?
