note 60717 added to ref.mysql

extension uncommented path set dll's downloaded warnings turned on mysql installed apache configured and i just Cannot get past that 'call to undefined function'. I've checked the phpinfo, the extension dir is correct. No modules loaded, it just wont work.. i've tried every little tutorial i've found on it in google, this is so patheticly user-hostile i had to reinstall php4.
