note 61210 added to install.windows

Hello, I tried to install php under IIS under windows 2000 server. I don't manage to do, using cgi or the isapi dll. In cgi, i'm told to change a parameter in the phi.ini file, but in don't manage to locate the good php.ini file. The adresse when in do info_php in just a directory, and even if i put a php.ini in this one, i have no result better. And when i try to use the isapi.dll, i'm told he can't load the extension php_mysql file. In fact, wherever the location of the dll, he doesn't manage to find its.
