note 61419 added to configuration.changes

I have been facing some problem. I wanted to put values from HTML form and call them with php files. But it is not working I refereing wrox book. Everthink is workin except HTML input. I was using PHP4 and 5 installer with MS IIS, now I have installed Apache2 with PHP5 installer. I wouldn't work then I install PHP manually but still not working.
