Vitali, I can't understand quite what you mean because of your broken English...no offense. From what I gathered, you are arguing that curl uses more system resources than file_get_contents. I encourage you to analyze the underlying code behind libcurl as well as the php source that handles file_get_contents. FYI, I use curl on my website that has literally millions of hits everyday and I've never had a performance or reliability problem with it. libcurl is a very widespread library that operates on an impressive array of systems and configurations, and I don't have any doubts that the authors took into consideration performance. ---- Server IP: 64.246.30.37 Probable Submitter: 68.11.183.50 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.curl.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+61420 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61420&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61420&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61420&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61420&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61420&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: already in docs -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61420&report=yes&reason=already+in+docs Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61420&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+61420&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
