I had trouble to make php load the mysqli extension and one of your note helped me to solve the problem (note from chris -dot- chaudruc -at- gmail -dot- co) with apache 2.0.55, php 5.1.2 under windows xp However I have to say that even having the libmysql.dll in the path of my computer didn't work. I have discovered in the phpinfo that php returns a path not complete. Indeed the path obtained by the path windows command is much longer than what phpinfo is giving me.
