I had trouble to make php load the mysqli extension and one of your note helped me to solve the
problem (note from chris -dot- chaudruc -at- gmail -dot- co) with apache 2.0.55, php 5.1.2 under
windows xp
However I have to say that even having the libmysql.dll in the path of my computer didn't work.
I have discovered in the phpinfo that php returns a path not complete. Indeed the path obtained by
the path windows command is much longer than what phpinfo is giving me.
The only thing that was working was to copy the library into the system32 directory.
