Note Submitter: Warning php5apache2.dll not in installer
----
Just a word of warning, php5apache2.dll is not included with the Windows Installer version of PHP.
So if you install PHP using the Windows Installer then attempt to configure PHP manually you will
still need to download the PHP zip file and manually place php5apache2.dll in the path you specified
in you PHP.ini.
