It should be noted that when using substr($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'],-10)=='sample.php') to test what page a browser is on the $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] does not include the $_GET properties. Ex. If the url is www.bob.com/sample.php?id=1234. The above example would be correct to determin if you were on page "sample.php" THIS WOULD NOT WORK: substr($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'],-18)=='sample.php?id=1234') ---- Server IP: 216.194.113.175 Probable Submitter: 66.225.33.59 ---- X-Spam-Status: No, hits=3.1 required=5.0 tests=DATE_MISSING,FROM_NO_LOWER autolearn=no version=2.64 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.substr.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/note/edit/63919 Del: integrated -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/63919/integrated Del: useless -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/63919/useless Del: bad code -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/63919/bad+code Del: spam -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/63919/spam Del: non-english -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/63919/non-english Del: in docs -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/63919/in+docs Del: other reasons-- http://master.php.net/note/delete/63919 Reject -- http://master.php.net/note/reject/63919 Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
