It should be noted that when using
substr($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'],-10)=='sample.php') to test what page a browser is
on the $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] does not include the $_GET properties.
Ex. If the url is www.bob.com/sample.php?id=1234. The above example would be correct to determin if
you were on page "sample.php" THIS WOULD NOT WORK:
substr($_SERVER['PHP_SELF'],-18)=='sample.php?id=1234')
