Reason: bad code
----
this seems to be an apache related problem, but I contribute a solution here because it's
related to ini_set and I really searched hard to find a solution:
ini_set('url_rewriter.tags', '');
if you ever get the error
Warning: ini_set(): Unable to access in /home/etc....
(I'm merely pasting some info foudn on the net) a guy suggests not to set an empty string, but
instead, some highly improbable url : ex
ini_set('url_rewriter.tags',
'hereisahihglyimprobableurlespeciallywiththetrailingwordpotato');
according to him, this would come from some versions of php not liking empty value cookies
