I am trying to use the W parameter ( fopen ) in Linux (mandrake) ... its throwing an error
"fopen(abc.txt): failed to open stream: Permission denied" ... although i know that the
'w' parameter would create a new file if the file doesnt exist .... HELP NEEDED !!!
NB : i have the permissions for the folder in question
