note 64555 added to function.oci-fetch-array

when I use the OCI_RETURN_LOBS parameter with "oci_fetch_array" function my apache server crashes !!! I use php 5.1.2.2, apache 2.0.55 and Oracle 10g XE with win XP pro 2002 SP2.
