I have examined many counter programs and referred to many php books, and I think it is important to
mention that:
1. when you create cookies by a server,e.g abc server, then only abc server can access the cookies
later. Even if you use <iframe> to insert your php file in normal htm which exists on the
other server such as ufo server, the php file cannot accept the cookie created by abc server.
2. althrough you can set the domain in setcookie function, but you are not allowed to use abc server
to create ufo server cookies.
I see many counter programmes, and many of them use setcookie in such a wrong ways!
