Had trouble installing on 2 WAMP systems. go-pear.bat seems to go through install process, yet
pear.bat is missing from directory. Had to reinstall manually on both systems...
goto http://pear.php.net/go-pear save that texton that
page as gopear.php. run that on web server http://localhost/gopear.php
or i beelive on command line works as well
% php gopear.php
