Something I noticed... If you have a URL in your page that is being buffered.. Say:
<img src="someImageGeneration.php?arg1=test1&arg2=test2&total=10" />
It seems that the output buffer will turn it into this when it is finally sent to the browser:
<img src="someImageGeneration.php?arg1=test1&arg2=test2&total=10" />
It did not happen on my local dev, but on the live server. I am going to guess it's related to
some php.ini setting.
