note 69421 added to function.sybase-connect

how can I connect to Sybase IQ ( by php + apache+ win32), I probed that with Sybase_connect() but the system say that the php_sybase_ct.dll doesn´t exist ( and is in the correct place), the same thing do probing the php-4.3.8_sqlanywhere9.dll , and the system doen´t found the dinamyc library too...
