note 69421 rejected from function.sybase-connect by bobby

Note Submitter: brujeriego at gmail dot com ---- how can I connect to Sybase IQ ( by php + apache+ win32), I probed that with Sybase_connect() but the system say that the php_sybase_ct.dll doesn´t exist ( and is in the correct place), the same thing do probing the php-4.3.8_sqlanywhere9.dll , and the system doen´t found the dinamyc library too... Somebody can help with that please...
