filesize seems to have problems if you use it straight after fopen create fwrite [ fflush ] fclose If you give filesize the full path to the file, it returns 0, even though the file exists and you can read the contents. The only way to get filesize to return the size of the file is to chdir to the directory containing the file then run filesize on the filename only.
