note 74654 added to function.preg-match

As an update to my previous post, After further investigations I discovered my solution doesn't solve the Segmentation fault. What it does is increase the maximum possible size of the subject sent to preg_replace before it causes a Segmentation fault. My subject string was ~450kB in size and I guess the maximum subject size was somewhere bellow 450kB before I updated Php and PCRE. After the update the maximum subject size was increased to ~1MB. I did some testing on the WAMP machine and discovered it has the same limitations (remember it uses PCRE 6.7).
