note 77337 added to ref.zip

I wrote a simple function to export a zip file to an array. I tested it and works great to up to 1MB archives. (Didn't need it for larger files.) I use it to upload files to my server in a zip and have it directly extracted along with directory structure. This function will attempt to use unzip functions in php otherwise will use PCLzip. Instructions and the functions are explained on http://www.tellinya.com/art2/20/unzip-in-php . The code is quite short but effective. Test it as advised on site to unserstand the format it extracts. And any bug please mention in the comment form as I rely on this code and I'll address them ASAP. This will satisfy the needs of 95% of those that do unzips on the site and will help those with unzip functions not enabled as PCPLzip will handle it as well.
