cUrl is beautiful and easy to use. But I see at as basic and advanced. 90% of PHP coders will not need the advanced stuff cUrl can do. Most people just need to retrieve pages , post some data and get the returned headers and data. This is all I use it. So to make your life easier fellow coders I have written a class that will do the basics for you. Easy to configure and enhance you can take it as the standing point on which to build more functions you might need.
