I am using php to write code for some simple biology applications. However, I have come across a
problem that I can not solve. I have a DNA sequemce (i.e. AGTCTGCCCTAG)
and I want to replace all the 'A' with 'T', 'G' with 'C',
'C' with 'G', and 'T' with 'A'.
In perl I would simply use transliteration. I know a download exists for transliteration in php but
the server I use does not support that download. So I am stuck using something like _replace but I
can not figure out how.
Has anyone out there in the BioPHP world encountered this problem that is will to help?
