SI TU SERVIDOR WEB ESTA SOBRE UNIX/LINUX/FREEBSD,ETC:
$conn = mssql_connect("serverIP:1433", "user", "pass");
SI TU SERVIDOR WEB ESTA SOBRE WINDOWS:
$conn = mssql_connect("serverIP,1433", "user", "pass");
