Be aware that if you pass the tidy object directly to create a DOM object, there will be a memory
leak!

tidy_clean_repair($tidy);
$dom = new DOMDocument();
$dom->loadXML($tidy);

id wrong !
use $content = tidy_get_output($tidy); and use $content with the dom . I had this problem with
PHP5.0.x (x=13 i think, to lasy :) to check )
