note 81845 added to function.imagettftext

[Note to editors: I posted three times, one of them by accident, with revisions of this same piece of code on the docs for imagettftext(). If someone could delete the last 3 I submitted, that would be great. Thanks.] Here's an updated version of my imagettftextbox() function that I wrote a few years ago. It supports multiple lines, horizontal and vertical justification/alignment, width/height, word-wrapping, forced word-wrapping, angle support, and a few other things.
