How to add register_globals = off using INI_SET. I think this is a good application of INI_SET.. I
faced this problem in a site with REGISTER_GLOBALS=OFF, and my programmer done all as
REGISTER_GLOBALS=ON.. I used ini_set("register_globals","On"); in the main
include file of the site.
