I'm running PHP 5.2.5 using IIS 5.1 as my web server. I cannot add external modules. I've
tried both the windows install (msi) and windows binary versions.
From what I can tell, it's not recognizing the php.ini file. In fact, I've changed the
name of the php.ini file and when I execute an "echo phpinfo();" in my script it tells me
that it loaded the php.ini file at c:\php\php.ini. This was after I installed the binaries instead
of using the msi install. I had a similar issue with the msi install.
