I've been having trouble with a simple page that simply redirects the page elsewhere. Even the simple: <?php Header("Location: http://www.google.com/"); ?> Wouldn't work ("Warning: Headers already sent!"). After double checking for extra spaces, I found out that because I saved the file as a UTF-8 file, and the page wasn't loaded as a UTF-8 page, so some weird character was prepended to the page. After saving the file as a windows-1252 file it worked ok. Hope this someone some headaches. ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 77.126.149.203 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.header.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/81971 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/81971/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/81971/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/81971/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/81971/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/81971/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/81971/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/81971 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/81971 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
