I have been using PHP for about 8 months, currently I am working a project using MS SQL2000 (the
free version).
The ntwdblib.dll version is 2000.80.194.0.
PHP Version 5.2.1
The OS is Win2K3 SP1.
My problem is some times I get the following message:
Warning: mssql_connect() [function.mssql-connect]: Unable to connect to server: {servername} in
D:\Sites\Prod\Intranet\include\database.php on line 12
Unable to connect to host willie
But if I click the refresh button on the browser it connects and runs fine. The needle in the hay
stack is that this error is intermittent and not page specific, it happens at different places
throughout the site.
