note 82540 added to language.basic-syntax.instruction-separation

Hi, in the portuguese manual there's an error. It says that the closing tag for the block will include the newline **before** the closing tag. The correct is the newline after the closing tag. ----- pt_BR Olá, no manual em português há um erro. Ele diz que a tag de fechamento irá incluir a nova linha que esteja **antes**. O correto seria a nova linha que estiver após a tag de fechamento.
