O correto seria a nova linha que estiver após a tag de fechamento. The correct sentence should be: "A tag de fechamento do bloco irá incluir a linha subseqüente ao fechamento, se houver alguma." and not: "A tag de fechamento irá incluir a linha nova que esteja imediatamente antes se houver uma presente."
