note 83047 added to ref.pdo

Something to be aware of: when dynamically using different database drivers (in my case this was PostgreSQL and MySQL, I have not tested any others) and persistent connections, the error-mode will for some reason not always be PDO::ERRMODE_SILENT by default when using the MySQL database driver.
