Another method for getting close to ISO8601 using PHP4 (should cover all versions). This format gets
you compliant RDF/RSS feed dates:
$sISO8601=date('Y-m-d\Th:i:s',$nTimestamp).
substr_replace(date('O',$nTimestamp),':',3,0);
The main limitation I'm aware of is the non-compliant year around new year.
