There's a weird incompatibility in PHP 5.2.6 (pl Gentoo) between
$_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] on Windows and Linux.
On Windows:
<code>echo $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']; # D:/some/folder/with/last/slash/</code>
On Linux:
<code>echo $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']; # /some/folder/no/slash</code>
So, on Linux, the final slash is NOT appended to the DOCUMENT_ROOT, while on Windows, it is. By
default I think it should not be appended (the Linux case).
Is this a bug? or a feature?
