Does the new compiling method of VC9 (Visual Studio 2008) not work with Zend Optimizer?
My PHP Compiles properly and shows PHPINFO() properly, but will not allow Zend Optimizer to be
installed, starts a Debug session on php-cgi.exe
Any ideas?
