note 86885 added to function.imagecreatefromjpeg

hello, I have a question. I try to make thumbs of jpeg pictures. If I use imagecreatetruecolor the result is only "empty" page (there is only header but nothing viewable in explorer). But if I use imagecreate and do not change any other part of the script it is OK without any error but the colors are "not true".
