I'm using WAMP5 1.6.6 with XP Media Center 2005 and I had to update ntwdblib.dll in 2 places to
get mssql_connect to access a remote sql server.
I updated ntwdblib (version 2000.80.194.0) in the \wamp\php and the \wamp\apache2\bin directories.
Note that I'm running apache, not IIS.
