note 87791 added to function.unlink

Under Windows System and Apache, denied access to file is an usual error to unlink file but I found out that the denied access error can be caused while unlinking files during the while loop. To fix this problem, I had to re-write my entire code and validate each entry with mysql_num_rows() > 0 and FILE_EXISTS() function.
